Diagnostics:
L0 - We do not charge to spend 5 minutes or so looking at any device, so come on in!
L1 - $25 - up to 30 minutes searching for an issue, also small repairs or additions (add or replace memory, power supplies, or other plug and play parts, etc)
L2 - $50 - Maximum diagnostic charge
Please note, any diagnostics are waived if you perform a repair or other operation here at our shop.
Repair rates:
$40 for data backups
$80 for most repairs (up to an hour)
$175 for malware removal (unless there is only a minor infection, or we can completely clean the system in close to an hour)
$100 for operating system rebuilds alone
$140 with backup and restore of data
$220 with 'best-effort' applications installation*
*When you rebuild a computer the hard drive is formatted, erasing everything from the machine. In order to perform rebuilds we require a legal, valid operating system and media (in most cases this just means the discs that came with your computer). If you would like we can try to get the computer as close to the way you originally had it as possible, which mean we will need a list of applications/programs and your discs and licenses (unless some items can be downloaded, like iTunes or Skype for example). We work with you to develop a list, and we will deliver the list as communicated before work begins.
Business and internet services including hosting, design, development, support and more are available in person, over the phone or by email, and will be coming to our website when we complete our custom quoting application!
